The Puerto Rican Society, Inc is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Our mission is to represent and uphold  Puerto Rican values and culture while supporting education and other charitable pursuits. Vendor registrations will close on August 1st.

Requirements to participate as a vendor:

• Vendors are responsible for their own 10x10 foot tents, tables and chairs
• Food vendors are responsible for obtaining their own permits
• Set up for the Picnic starts at 8am. Your area must be set up by the time the event officially begins at 11am
• Vendor fee must be paid before the start of the event
• Electricity available
