This is the monthly Board of Directors (BOD) meeting as required by our By-Laws.

- All BOD members are required to attend or provide a valid excuse. Quorum shall consist of five (5) board members, of which one must be either the President or Vice-President.

- Standing committee chairpersons, or their representatives, who are not members of the BOD, as well as any regular member are welcome at board meetings.
